This is an ancient Indian technique of hair removal. Using 100% cotton thread, which is held taut by the hands and mouth to removing hair directly from the roots to give a smoother and clean finish to the skin. This hair removal process works on all hair and skin types.
Using this technique on your eyebrows allows you to define the shape of your eyebrows, giving a beautiful shape and curve to suit your face structure. After repeated treatments your hair may become finer and the speed of regrowth decreases which will allow you to maintain your eyebrow shape for longer.

Facial Waxing
Waxing on the face to remove facial hair is a quick hair removal treatment that pulls the hair from the root of the hair follicle, to give long lasting hair free skin for up to 4 weeks, depending on individual hair growth.
Using high quality wax products for both hot wax and warm strip wax, the hair removal can be carried out on the following facial areas:

All of our face and body waxing treatments are undertaken after consultation and at the discretion of the beauty therapist.
We ask you to fill out a consultation form to ensure you do not have any medical condition or are on any medication that may prevent you having a waxing treatment. The waxing form is for your safety to prevent damage to your skin.
Using both hot wax and warm strip waxing on the body allows hair removal treatments to cover large areas of the body, quickly and safely.

WAXING AREAS
Diode Laser Hair Removal
Using the latest technology in laser hair removal, we aim to provide a cost effective and efficient hair removal treatment to remove hair on the face and body using laser hair removal. Our new diode systems allow for all skin types and hair types to be treated.
Only hairs that are grey or white with no pigment can not be treated as the laser energy does not travel to the root of the hair. You will see up to 20% hair reduction with each treatment, but this may vary depending on the individuals hair growth pattern and medical condition.
Step 1) complete a free laser consultation and patch test with our laser therapist
Step 2) book your first appointment for 24-48 hours following your patch test
Step 3) arrive for your appointment with the area to treat fully shaved using only a razor, no hair removal cream, waxing, plucking or threading.
Step 4) following your treatment, apply SPF30 to the treated area
Our ladies laser hair removal areas include:
- Face laser hair removal on the upper lip, chin, cheeks, sides, neck
- Body laser hair removal on the chest, back, shoulders, arms, legs, underarms, intimate areas and buttocks
- Pubic areas can be treated as well and laser works best in these areas as the hair is much thicker
It is important to remain safe during your treatments, so safety glasses are given during the treatment that must be worn by the therapist and client during the laser session.
You will complete a medical questionnaire during your consultation, but if your medical condition changes or you start any medication please let us know as it may increase your sensitivity and clash with the laser treatment.
Always apply an SPF30 to the treated area, this will allow protection from UVA and UVB rays as your skin will become photosensitive following laser treatments.
